We offer complete mechanical installations, service and maintenance for Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Multi Residential clients. We provide our services and expertise to property management companies, school boards, developers, commercial property owners, and general contractors.
Wellington Plumbing & Heating Ltd. was established in 1978 by George Elgersma. Later, in 1993, Wellington Sheet Metal Ltd. and Wellington Comfort Systems Ltd. were formed. This would complete the group, allowing us to offer more complete services to clients.
In 2017, Kyle McDonald became a share holder followed by Mike Turner in 2019. Today, Kyle and Mike operate the business with a team of over 50 employees.
Kyle McDonald is a Conestoga College ACET Graduate and started at Wellington in 2008 as an estimator and project coordinator and is now the Vice-President of the three companies.
Mike Turner is a licensed Sheet Metal Mechanical and started at Wellington in 2007 in the field as an installer and started as an estimator and project manager in 2017 and is now the secretary/treasurer of all three companies .
